Welcome to Krystovallia. These terms govern your engagement with our website and the purchase of our decorative items. By accessing our platform and placing an order, you agree to the stipulations outlined below.

We operate exclusively within the United Kingdom, and these terms are constructed in accordance with British consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

Scope of Operations

Krystovallia provides its services and physical goods solely to residents within the UK. We do not accept orders for delivery outside of the British mainland or Northern Ireland.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a resident of the UK and are providing a valid British delivery address. This geographical limitation ensures we maintain high standards of service and adherence to local trade regulations.

Ordering and Dispatch Timeline

When you select a piece from our collection, we initiate a dedicated preparation sequence. We require 2 business days for the internal handling, packaging, and shipping preparation of your items. Once dispatched, the transit phase typically takes an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Consequently, the total estimated delivery timeline is 3 to 4 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.

Order Cancellation Policy

We provide a window for cancellation that remains open as long as the product remains within our immediate facility. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us immediately. However, once an item has been handed over to our logistics partners, which takes 2 business days, and is in transit, the cancellation window closes.

At this stage, the delivery process must be completed as scheduled. We encourage you to review your selection thoroughly before finalizing the checkout process.

Payment Method and Transparency

Krystovallia operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means the full transaction occurs at your doorstep upon receipt of the items. We do not require advance digital payments or credit card details during the online checkout phase.

To ensure complete transparency, we confirm that there are no hidden charges or additional shopping costs added to your total at the time of delivery. The price you see on your order confirmation is the exact amount you pay to the courier.

Returns and Damaged Items

We offer a 30-day return window, which commences from the day the item is delivered to your address. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where a product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is received. In such events, please email help@krystovallia.com with the relevant details.

We will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your location at no cost to you; the transport expenses for these specific returns are entirely our responsibility.

Upon the item's arrival back at our facility, we require 24 hours to conduct a thorough inspection of its condition. Following this assessment, we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or, if the item is unavailable or the damage is beyond repair, we will facilitate a full refund.

Refund Procedure

Since our transactions are handled via COD, we do not possess your banking information. If a refund is approved following our inspection, we will contact you via email to request your bank details. Refunds are issued exclusively through bank transfers.

Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. This duration is subject to the processing speeds of your specific banking provider.

Change of Mind and Restocking

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and imagery to help you make an informed choice. Please be aware that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests resulting from a change of mind or personal preference after the item has been received.

We ask that you proceed with a purchase only when you are certain about your choice. On a positive note, we do not apply any restocking fees for items that are returned under our damage or incorrect item policy.
