This duration is essential for maintaining the integrity of the process before the parcel is handed over to our logistics partners. Please note that our facility operates from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Transit and Delivery Timeline

Following the 2 business days required for preparation, the transit phase typically spans an additional 1 to 2 business days. Consequently, the total estimated timeline for your items to arrive at your UK address is 3 to 4 business days.

While we strive to meet these windows consistently, factors such as unavoidable weather or regional transport disruptions may occasionally influence these timings. We aim to keep you informed of any significant changes to this schedule should they arise during the journey of your order.

Cash on Delivery and Pricing

Krystovallia utilises a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions. This means that the total amount for your purchase is collected at your doorstep upon the physical receipt of the items.

We do not require any advance digital payments during the online checkout process. To maintain absolute transparency, we confirm that there are no hidden charges or additional shipping costs added to your order. The price displayed at the point of your initial request is the exact amount you provide to the courier upon delivery.

Cancellation and Support

You retain the ability to cancel an order as long as the items remain within our immediate possession. However, once the parcel has been dispatched and is with our logistics partners, the delivery must be completed as planned.
